My books of 2020

My books of 2020

Some of the areas that occupy my life heavily in the past 2 years are personal growth and spirituality. For me, life is about learning and developing and as people say, you can do it in various ways – exploring it yourself or reading about it. Since traveling is on hold a bit, I turned to books much more. Some of the books I read in 2020 completely changed my life perceptions or helped me to entirely transform.

This ongoing transformation makes me feel at ease, more and more authentic and free, which ultimately helps me maintain much healthier and stronger relationships with people in my life. Let me share some of these books as they might come in handy and inspire you as well:

The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle

Families and How to Survive Them, John Cleese, Robin Skynner

Man’s Search for Meaning, Viktor Frankl

The Art of Loving, Erich Fromm

Boundaries, Henry Cloud, John Townsend

The Child in You, Stefanie Stahl

The Assertiveness Guide for Women, Julie de Azevedo Hanks

The Gifts of Imperfection, Brene Brown

Empowering Women, Louise Hay

Other Side of Happiness, Brock Bastian

The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom, Don Miguel Ruiz

Sidarta, Hermann Hesse

Talking with Strangers, Malcolm Gladwell

Mindfulness in Plain English, Henepola Gunaratana

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck, Mark Manson

What are your books of 2020? If you feel like, give me some suggestions, I’m excited to add more books to my already growing list for 2021. 🙂
